These general terms and conditions apply to every visit to the website www.mr-refurb.nl and to all offers, orders and agreements between Mr-Refurb and its customers. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions and the associated privacy and return policy.
Mr-Refurb sells and supplies refurbished IT equipment and related services via a platform hosted by Shopify Inc. All products are carefully tested and supplied with a warranty, unless otherwise stated. The displayed images and specifications serve as illustrations; minor deviations may occur.
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT (or under the margin scheme, if applicable), unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices and product information without prior notice. Payment is made via the available payment methods on our website. In case of payment problems, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
An agreement is concluded as soon as you have placed an order and it has been confirmed by us via email. Delivery takes place at the address you provided. The stated delivery times are indicative. Delays do not give the right to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
For consumers, a withdrawal period of 14 days applies after receipt of the product. Within this period, you can dissolve the purchase without giving reasons, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Business purchases (B2B) are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Details about returns and refunds can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.
Our refurbished products come with a minimum of 12 months warranty, unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers manufacturing or hardware defects, not:
In warranty cases, we assess whether repair, replacement or refund is appropriate.
Mr-Refurb is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit or data, consequential damage or business damage. Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order. We do our utmost to keep our website up-to-date and error-free, but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, layout) is the property of Mr-Refurb or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data exclusively for processing orders and customer service.
Mr-Refurb is not liable for delay or non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure, such as supplier malfunctions, strikes, natural disasters or internet outages.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices mentioned in communications such as catalogs, price lists and/or offers from Mr-Refurb are expressed in euros and exclusive of sales tax. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the consumer bears the costs of packaging and shipping and any levies or taxes related to the products and their transportation.
The displayed product prices include 21% VAT, unless otherwise stated. For margin products, a VAT rate of 0% applies. This is clearly indicated at checkout, so the consumer always knows which VAT rate applies.
Prices are based on the circumstances prevailing at the time of concluding the agreement, such as exchange rates, freight rates, import duties and dealer prices. If these circumstances change before delivery, Mr-Refurb has the right to pass on the additional or reduced costs.
Discounts are considered to have been granted on a one-off basis. Previously granted discounts do not bind Mr-Refurb in any way for subsequent agreements.
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.

The customer indemnifies Mr-Refurb against all claims from third parties related to the use of products or services supplied by Mr-Refurb, insofar as the damage cannot be attributed to Mr-Refurb.
Software choice: The customer acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for the choice of hardware and software options and settings from the possibilities offered by Mr-Refurb. The customer accepts all risks associated with these choices, such as compatibility, limitations and performance.
Software after delivery: Mr-Refurb is not responsible for software installed after delivery by the customer or third parties, nor for problems or limitations arising therefrom.
Software updates: Mr-Refurb bears no responsibility for managing or installing software updates on the delivered hardware. The customer is responsible for keeping updates current and the consequences thereof, such as possible functional limitations or data loss.
Mr-Refurb may transfer rights and obligations from the agreement to third parties, provided that the rights of the customer are not prejudiced. The customer may only transfer his rights or obligations after written permission from Mr-Refurb.
