Is a B-grade device technically inferior?

B-grade refers exclusively to the device’s cosmetic condition and not its technical functionality. A B Grade laptop is 100% fully functional, fully tested, and operates perfectly. The only difference is in its external condition: the casing may have visible scratches, minor dents, or other normal signs of use. Despite these cosmetic blemishes, the product performs excellently and offers the same reliable functionality as other refurbished grades.

Can RAM or storage be upgraded?
